Hello and welcome to our website.
Formula 500 racing has been a part of our family for over 50 years! It is what we eat, sleep and breathe every day.
No matter where we race, when we race, the family is always in tow, whether it be in Esperance to the south, Geraldton to the north or interstate. We are true testaments to the saying, in racing circles, that the family that races together, stays together.
Our racing started in an era where it was commonplace to go racing in a short sleeve shirt and nothing more than a bicycle helmet. A little has changed since then! The current day Formula 500s are sleek, technologically advanced machines capable of speeds of upwards of 120 kilometres per hour depending on the track. Our cars are fueled by methanol, and with the cars weighing just over 200 kilograms, these cars are not for the faint hearted.
